So I had a co-worker that put off the most foul odor you can imagine…No. really. It was horrible.

I apologize for that atrocious odor you had to endure during your experience here today…..and last time, and the time before that…..

Yes, I have taken the issue to the appropriate people…..Unfortunately, have been informed that there is nothing that can be done……
Due to certain laws and regulations we are not able to let that person go…..
I realize that is where it is coming from but I still can not do a thing about it for you…..
Yes, you must put up with it just like the rest of us…..
I see that person does very little throughout the day but I still have no answers to offer you…..
Yes it is deplorable that nothing can be done…..I understand your frustration.

Who? I have tried everyone here and no one can assist.
When? “Never” is the most likely timeframe

Why do I have to apologize for this? Why is it my responsibility? I am done hearing about this from others. I am annoyed with bringing this up over and over. But I will continue to do so. I am finished with apologizing on behalf of others because they either can’t take care of themselves or are too afraid to take the next step. I do not think it is acceptable to be in this situation. I have not been heard. Apparently these conditions are acceptable for you. I feel that this is because you are not directly connected to these conditions. Am I right? When you dismiss things of this magnitude, you loose respect and you have no more of mine. Don’t be so weak. Be what you are supposed to be and take care of those you are responsible for. I will no longer stand idly by when someone has an issue with this. I will be loud about this. Much louder then I am now. I know who was called and I do not accept your excuses either. If you were in my situation would you just accept it? Would you honestly not be offended? Would you not have a problem making excuses and apologizing on behalf of someone else? Well, I guess you are doing that.
